Internship
Overview
I completed a short internship at the Concept Center of the Nationale Postcode Loterij, where I gained experience working in a large, multidisciplinary team. During this internship, I designed for web and mobile, conducted research on digital accessibility and dark patterns, and carried out user research.
Tasks
Using Hotjar, I analyzed user behavior to identify pain points in the website and app. Based on these insights, I proposed improvements and designed A/B tests, which were implemented on the website to assess user responses and relevance.
